Professor Xiaoqing Feng is a professor of law, Institute of Intellectual Property Law, School of Civil, Commercial and Economic Law, China University of Political Science and Law (CUPL), and Vice-Director of the Center for Intellectual Property Studies of CUPL. He is a doctoral advisor in intellectual property law. He is also a Visiting Scholar of the Faculty of Law, University of British Columbia (UBC), Canada.
In the area of intellectual property research, Professor Xiaoqing Feng has published a lot of academic books in China and articles both in China and other countries. He has also finished a lot of research programs funded by governments at different levels, enterprises, universities and organizations. He is one of the outstanding and famous intellectual property scholars in China. He got the honor of ¡°Award for the Nomination of Ten Prominent Jurists of Middle Age and Youth¡± granted by Law Society of China early in 1999.
