Our Institute of Intellectual Property Law (IIPL), China University of Political Science and Law(CUPL) is located in the Civil, Commercial and Economic Law School(CCE Law School), China University of Political Science and Law(CUPL), Beijing, P.R.C.. It is one of the leading IP teaching and research centers in China. The Institute has 16 professional staffs specialized in IP law and related area, such as IT laws, unfair competition and the like, including four Professors(one of whom is doctorial advisor), ten Associate Professors and two Assistant Professors. And we have invited some famous scholars or lawyers as our part-time Professors or Guest Professor both from China and oversea.

Our Institute has acquired a lot of academic achievements in the area of intellectual property law and relevant area. And we have undertaken many research programs funded by government at different levels and universities and other entities.
